1. What is holistic health coaching?

Holistic health coaching focuses on supporting your whole self—mind, body, and soul. I help you uncover what’s holding you back, build sustainable habits, and guide you toward a healthier, more grounded version of you.

2. How is this different from working with a nutritionist or personal trainer?

While nutritionists and trainers often focus on food or fitness alone, I take a more integrative approach. We explore sleep, stress, relationships, mindset, self-care, and more—because true health isn’t just about your plate or your workouts.

3. I’m a busy mom. How much time does this take?

I get it—life is full. That’s why our sessions are efficient, supportive, and designed with your real-life schedule in mind. WE CREATE A SCHEDULE THAT WORKS FOR US BOTH AND MEET FOR 50 MINUTES PER SESSION.

4. What kinds of clients do you typically work with?

I work MOSTLY with women (often moms) who are ready to feel better in their bodies, shift their relationship with food, manage stress, and prioritize themselves again—without guilt. BUT OF COURSE, THIS COULD BE ANYONE!

5. Do you give meal plans?

Instead of rigid meal plans, I offer meal inspiration, seasonal recipes, and simple food ideas that fit your lifestyle and preferences. My focus is on helping you feel empowered around food, not restricted.

6. Do I need to have a specific health goal to work with you?

Not at all. Some clients come to me wanting to lose weight or improve digestion. Others are just tired of feeling tired and want to reconnect with themselves. Wherever you are, we’ll start there.

7. HOW DOES PAYMENT work?

ONCE WE HAVE FIGURED OUT THE COACHING PLAN THAT WORKS FOR YOU, WE THEN FIGURE OUT THE PAYMENT PLAN. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY IN INSTALLMENTS OR ALL UPFRONT AT A DISCOUNT.

8. Do you work with clients virtually or in person?

All of my coaching sessions are currently held virtually via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere.

9. Do you offer group coaching or workshops?
