It is a Pleasure to Meet You…

Kristin G. Kelley, MBA/HCM

My studies include a degree in Gerontology and a Masters in Healthcare Administration. Working in the healthcare industry for ten years with the senior population, I began noticing that while people were living longer, their lifestyle choices were causing them to become sicker. I wanted to help change that. I received my certification as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and have a certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University. I am also a Lagree Fitness Trained Instructor and am actively working on Mat and Reformer Pilates certifications. It has become my passion to help educate and empower people to make healthful decisions that work for their own body and lifestyle.

My job is to meet you where YOU are

From the very first conversation together until our very last call - it is my job to listen, observe, support, and guide. All of my clients have come from different backgrounds, have had different goals, and experienced different barriers, yet together we found a way to make it work. There is no one right answer, as each program is specific to each client. We will learn to decode the language of listening to ourselves so that the lessons we learn continue even when our time together as ended.

Gone are the days when someone else told you what worked for your body. Now is the time to take back agency of your health and finally do what is right for you.

Let’s Work Together

Just like any other coach, I want to see you reach your potential. This may mean introducing you to new foods and practices you may not have previously had experience with. Having patience and grace with ourselves, and understanding that this will be an ongoing practice, we will find growth in unsuspecting ways. I will be there with you every step of the way, cheering you on, supporting you, and helping you find the confidence to succeed.

“Kristin was so positive, encouraging, and supportive.”
